Northport Funeral & Cremation Service family extends our warmest condolences and heartfelt sympathies to the family of Mr. James Keith Upton. Mr. Upton passed away on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 in Fosters, AL.

James Keith Upton was born September 2 1979. He was a 1997 graduate of Tuscaloosa County High School. 

Keith had one daughter whom he loved more that anything. Lela was his pride and joy. 

During his life Keith was a member of bowling leagues and pool leagues with his brother. Keith also loved Alabama Football. To know Keith was to love him, and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Keith was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Upton; brother, Jason Upton; grandfather Rayburn Scruggs; grandfather, Carl Upton; and grandmother, Martha Prehn.

He leaves to cherish his memory: one daughter, Lela Upton; one brother, Jeremy Upton; mother, Diane Upton; and grandmother, Barbara Scruggs. 

Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at 11:00am Northport Funeral & Cremation Service Chapel in Northport, AL. 

Interment will follow at Piney Woods Gospel Tabernacle Cemetery in Tuscaloosa, AL.
