Funeral Service for Ms. Howard will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at 11:00am at Bethel Baptist Church in Tuscaloosa, AL. Ms. Howard will lie in state one hour prior to the service.

Burial will follow at Cedar Oak Memorial Park Cemetery in Tuscaloosa, AL.
